Product Overview

100 Gallon (400 Liter) ATL Petro-Flex Collapsible Fuel Bladder Tank ATL Part #: 105415

The Petro-Flex is ATL's "original" range extension fuel bladder. It's "pillow-style" design fills higher in the center of the bladder and tapers off at the corners. The Petro-Flex's rugged, mil-spec rubberized fabric is renowned for its superior tensile strength and puncture resistance. Extend your range while gaining piece of mind with the Petro-Flex range-extension fuel bladder from ATL!

100 Gallon (400 Liter) Petro-Flex Specs:

  • Filled Dimensions: 55" x 53" x 16" (140cm x 135cm x 41cm)
  • Easy Set-up: Simply unfold on deck and fill with any standard refueling nozzle
  • Fuels Compatibilty: Accepts gasoline, diesel, bio-diesel, E-10 bio ethanol and jet-fuel
  • Compact Stowage: Bladder collapses as it empties, can be rolled up and easily stowed when not in use
  • Safety Features: Within the fill cap is a vent valve that automatically relieves pressure in case of excessive heat or overfill - at the fill pipe base is a “flapper valve” to prevent possible fuel backflow when the cap is removed
  • ATL Underliner: Included with your Petro-Flex purchase, the Underliner is a reinforced fabric mat that helps protect bladder from abrasive surfaces

    Filler neck location

Posted by Robert Truken on 22nd Aug 2020

Great product. High quality materials. The only thing I didn’t like was having the full neck in the center. It is difficult to hold the nozzle while filling the 100 gallon bladder. I think it would be a great upgrade to have it installed toward one edge for easier filling. I had to hold the fill neck up while holding the nozzle the entire time. I would be willing to send this one back for one with the full closer to one side if that’s possible.

    Bahamas insurance plan,

Posted by Chad Kennedy on 27th Aug 2019

The bladder is built well, light weight when empty and very simple to use. I wish I bought the “highly recommended “ tie down system with my initial purchase. I placed the 100 fuel bag on the bow of my 26’ Boston Whaler and it functioned very well. Saved me $350 on the first trip from Jupiter to Grand Cay, Bahamas. Recreational 90 is about $3 per gallon in Florida and $6.50 a gallon in Grand Cay when it is available at “Mad Max” or Rosie’s. Rosie’s pumps have been out of service on 3 weekends this summer. It took 58 minutes for the 1/2 hose to gravity siphon into the boat’s half empty 200 gallon tank. The bag did “sweat” a little fuel residue onto the protective mat. A single paper towel was sufficient to wipe it up. I was impressed by how little fuel was left in the bag when the siphoning stopped. Only about one gallon was in the bag when I picked it up to drain the last of the fuel into the boat tank. Very happy with the option to have extra reliable fuel that is easy to stow when not in use.

This is the second fuel bladder from ATL that I've used. The first one was a 50 gallon that a proud from a friend for a long delivery on my boat. I was so impressed that I bought a hundred gallon bladder for myself. Very happy with this product and everything attached to it. Good quality.

    Nice product so far

I ordered this to extend my range offshore this weekend. It said it comes with a pad to keep it from puncturing on the deck. It did not come with it. called and they said they would mail me one. I am still waiting for it. My trip is on Sunday. I hope it gets here before then.
